Bought a caravan cover from them
During 80 mph winds it managed to shred and take a roof skylight off my van
Emailed them and all they could say it must have snagged on the roof
Took pictures and that wasn’t good enough they wanted other ones after telling them it was disposed of
Not very helpful at all
