The company is fine but my purchase was disappointing. I bought a flat hose in a reel. On the product information it says quick to reel back in. This is a flimsy bit of kit, looks like it’s coming apart all the time the hose is being re-wound. It’s not easy to use at all and will probably end up being put into a plastic bag instead of on the reel. Disappointed. Contacted Big White Box who were very efficient at replying but it’s the product which is poor.
