lack of appreciation when I rang to query something - no empathy for my complaint / problem whatsoever - whilst I fully agree the delivery time was shown on the webpage - the lack of empathy that that the page has TWO * (why would you look for two?) could not even see my point when I brought it to his attention. Badly handled sorry - wont be back
