FIRST RATE COMPANY. The day before my holiday, I found that the water pump on my caravan had seized up. At 2:30 in the afternoon, it was well past the deadline for next day delivery. But a very nice lady at Big White Box said if I could get my order placed on line within 10 minutes, she would do everything that she could to ensure that I received it in time for me to be able to fit it before my holiday. It arrived promptly and is now fitted. I have ordered many other caravan accessories from them, as their pricing is very competitive and service is excellent.
