I called Big Tall Order about a pair of Rockford Jeans they had in stock and spoke with a very knowledgeable gentleman called Matt. His pleasant manner and understanding of my particular needs put me right at ease and he couldnt have been more helpful. I order the item in question and hte goods turned up the next day. If only all online experiences were this good!
