I was very happy with the customer experience as unfortunately my first order did not arrive when I contacted Bigvits they asked if I mind waiting just a few more days to allow for Royal Mail to deliver the package. I agreed but when they still had not turned up Bigvits sent out a replacement that day they arrived promptly. Will order this product again
