Though it took me ages to find the right shoes and cleats for indoor spinning classes, when I did my shoes from Bikeparts arrived quickly and are just what I was looking for. I followed the advice I was getting from everyone and ordered a size up, which was the right thing to do. My 'normal' shoe size would have been too small. Even with the size up they will only accommodate a very thin sock.
