I googled for the cycle tyre I required. I looked at Bikeparts website. I chose and paid. I really can't remember much about the process - which means their website was clear and the process was seamless. It went well ! The order arrived and it was the correct tyre. (NB, there is a huge range of cycle tyre sizes and grades.) I've no idea whether I could've got it a couple of quid cheaper. At my age I ain't gonna spend time internet shopping. Also: I note that some companies, with which I've had experience of, are rated far more realistically in "Reviews" than they are on "Trustpilot". Funny that....
