I had bought a kryptonite chain and u lock mini. The chain I'm happy with but the u lock was clearly used there were multiple dents in the rubberised cover, one of the keys would only turn part way and was cut differently at the tip which is a major security issue. The label was tattered and looked used, this appeared to be the grease inside the unlock. No one will ever convince me this was was used and returned the packaging was already open at one edge. I returned this u lock and they sent me another one which appear to be in a better condition and so far I'm happy with it!
