Unfortunately my review is negative. Received one pack of brake pads whereas ordered two. Bikeparts did send me video that looked liked two were packed (little hard to see and no confirmation parcel was mine) and that I should take it up with delivery company. I do feel they should still take responsibility and send me another pack - I did pay for 2 (and need 2 - front and rear), wherever the fault lies. Still trying to argue my case but unless I get what I ordered they only get 1 star and I will never buy from them again. Sorry
