I suffered a puncture on a Thursday afternoon, and broke one of my cheapo plasic tyre levers on removing the tyre. One of my riding companions loaned me her levers, and recommended the Park Tools steel core tyre levers as a replacement. I ordered a pair from Bikeparts that evening, as they had the best price, postage included. They arrived on Monday morning - a pretty good turnaround time.
Of course, I haven't had to use them yet, but they look pretty much indestructible. I'm pleased with both the price and the rapid delivery.
