I have successfully bought items from Bikeparts and have always been happy with their products, prompt delivery and prices. Recently an item I bought was lost by Royal Mail. I notified Bikebarts so that they could follow up. They immediately followed up and also without hesitation sent out a replacement item. That’s amazing customer service - brilliant.
