I needed a couple of inner tubes for my daughter's bike, and not being sure the exact size required, phoned up the contact number. To my surprise, it was answered within a few seconds by an actual human being - Dave - who was very helpful and said he would do the research and get back to me within an hour. Again to my surprise, I got a phone call back within an hour from Dave with details of the actual part required. So there you go - a company where you can speak to actual people - and where they do what they say they're going to do. Not many places like that around nowadays.
