More than happy with the service I received. Easy to order, great prices, quick delivery and good communication all the way through. Bike arrived well packaged. Some reassembly required due to transportation but easy to do and a handy instruction leaflet provided. Good to know bike had been given the once over before dispatch. Would definitely use again and happily recommend. All in all a really positive experience and am now the very happy owner of a new Genesis Croix de Fer 20 😁 Very happy boy. Andy B
