A good price, availability and free delivery put Bikeparts in first place for my purchase of a new rear wheel. Packaging was disappointing though, an hugely oversized box that had nothing inside to protect the wheel. The box was delivered in a crushed, collapsed and open state, fortunately no damage to the contents. Better attention to packaging would have earned the fifth star.
