I dont often write reviews but after reading some negative reviews for this company i felt i had to give my opinion of them. I ordered a thru axle fixing nut late evening on the the 9th sep had several conformation emails and was delivered promptly on the 13th a total of 4 days with excellent communication. Unfortunately i had ordered the wrong item i phoned to see if they had the correct one but unfortunately they didn't so i posted back the item and received email to inform me that they had received it back and a refund was issued immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better service from a company and would definitely recommend and use them again. 1st class service from a great company.
