Can't comment on the product I bought as it is a Christmas present for someone else!
However I had problems with delivery, (parcel went missing), this couldn't be attributed to bikeparts in any way as it was all down to their courier. That said, I can only say how impressed I was with the support bikeparts gave me in sorting this all out.
