I used BikeParts for the first time recently when looking for disc brake pads. They supply a range of Shimano and Shimano compatible pads and actually have stock - quite something at present. Unfortunately one set of pads arrived with a fault but BikeParts replaced it quickly and without fuss and kept me informed throughout the process. Spot on. I'll certainly buy from them again.
