Received a confirmation email promptly on ordering, the new wheels I ordered were sensibly really well packaged as to avoid damage. The courier used was two days late on initial delivery date, (no fault of bike parts), but that was the only issue.
Great very competitive price for the wheels.
Overall a good service from Bikeparts.
