The Sram cassette I ordered arrived within the stated timescale. Although no fault of bikeparts-co-uk, the centre nut which screws the cassette onto the freehub would not turn the cassette - it was completely seized. Bikeparts-uk-co were quick to respond to my returns/refund request, which they duly processed and after a few days, I was fully refunded.
