Billbuddy encountered tech issues last week, with no daily draw email sent out
I tried to follow up but still have no idea if the tech issues have been resolved?
So? I've no idea what's going on?I've sent a support email, trying to establish what the latest situation is
but had no reply
Basically I've given up as my emails have been ignored or not followed up?
I'm not impressed, if they have a back log of emails to catch-up with, fine, but ignored is unacceptable
