I bought a cue off this Gentleman and unfortunately the first was damaged and to my surprise he sent me a new one and didn't make me send the damaged one back, and also the postage to Sydney, Australia was fast, this guy know how to run a business and keep his customers satisfied. Keep up the good work. The only way you could improve anything is to get Jason Owen to make more cues I want one
