a little disappointed at first because the cue i ordered turned out to be out of stock. these things happen, but this was more than made up for by peter williams, who not only upgraded me to a more expensive model at no extra cost, but also refunded the cost of the next day delivery i'd already paid for.
unlike other companies i could mention, this is exactly the level of customer service that people hope for when they shop online, and i for one will certainly be returning to peter for my next purchases. thanks again.
