I had never come across Billiards Boutique before and as I needed a new snooker cue I did a Google search and they were one of the sites that popped up and that I liked the look of. I did purchase a cue through one of their "special offers" and received it within 36 hours - pretty good service. Also the package was well wrapped and protected so no damage on receipt. I am looking to purchase another cue with additonal accessories however a number of the cues I am looking at are out of stock with no indication of when new stock will be arriving. I think this is an area BB need to address - why so many cues out of stock ? Having said that the service has been excellent and I am happy to recommend BB once they sort out their stock issues.
