would be very good if not for a few problems. i wished to purchase the full 1 piece eagle cue, website said in stock. was informed very quickly that the cue was in fact out of stock but i was given second option on another 1 piece cue. chose my cue only to be informed that all 1 piece cues were in fact out of stock and that the warehouse had not been updating suppliers. i can fully appreciate this as a mistake and a genuine one by billiards boutique. they were helpful throughout the process of getting my desired cue but in the 2 piece version (much better choice in my opinion) however the website clearly states a free mini butt which i have set to receive. in all a good company and will use again.
