First time user. I order some Elk Master Pro tips and the arrived very speedily indeed. Not actually fitted the new tip yet but I've heard good reports, so fingers crossed. Price was the best I could find on the internet (as they are not cheap) and service has been of a very high standard. Will certainly use again (I've already made a shortcut for future orders).
