Pete was brilliant in sorting out our lost parcels ( sent via Royal mail) and he agreed to send them the tracked service which delivered them today, having spoken to BB yesterday ref the issue.
Not their fault and great to see a supplier taking ownership and sorting out an issue not of their making .
