I hadn't received my purchase after 7 days so I emailed the sales team. They responded straight away and explained why there was a delay, and when their next delivery was expected. They emailed me with the tracking details and my purchase arrived shortly after, really well packaged.
It would have been even better if they had let me know the item hadn't arrived in their delivery and there was going to be a delay in sending the item.
