Used the custom colour service for the first time and overall the experience was great and only took two weeks. I went for a 445 bag in imperial blue and it’s stunning. Certainly won’t lose it easily! There was personal email service and everything was easy but I wasn’t able to deviate from standard at all and would have liked a couple of images of my “special” bag in production. Maybe a little more personalisation is something that could be investigated, especially when the production line is being held to change colours. Really love this bag and the care and attention that came with it as standard. I also bought a pair of matching delta pockets that were in stock, and had my choice of orange interior partitions! I’d say the customisation charge is a real bargain and I may well use it again. Thanks Billingham.
