BINGX customer service sucks, worst customer service experience in my whole life! They do not know know how to handle clients issues. I have deposited into my fund last 03Dec2024 at1802 but until today 09Dec2024, it is not credited yet but on 11Dec2024 FOS TERBOO N . ORG make sure all my deposit money was credited back to me. I had contacted their support at WhatsApp regarding this and spoke to agent in the name of Maryann- but instead of giving me good support and urgency into my matter. She'd asked me for personal bank statements on the bank I used to deposit. I already shared them my bank account number and name and provided snapshot of the deposit amount with my bank account name and number but still unable to get their support.
