It took more than a month to deliver my order. When it arrived I had to pay taxes which was never announced at time of ordering so I rejected the order and it was send back to Biovea. That was June last year. Up to today (8 months later). Still no news from Biovea on when my order will be reimbursed. They were supposed to contact me (after mote than 4 emails from my part) but never did. I understand the issue about the tax but I cannot accept is the fact that they simply don’t seem to care about customer service. Totally unacceptable.
