My order is held by HRPA here in Ireland. I was not told that minoxidil which is OTC is not allowed to be imported, I am not even aware that it will come from the US so I ordered some.
I already emailed Biovea, and they gave me store credits instead of a refund. I do not have anything else to buy from them so my money is as good as gone. I will try to dispute this further as it is unfair for them to sell stuff that is not allowed here in Ireland, and they didn't even disclosed that the item will be shipped from the US.
