a couple of weeks ago i ordered a product from them, i paid for this product via ZIP. a couple days later i decided i didn’t want the product and sent them an email to cancel the order, they cancelled it upon request but will not refund me, every message i send i get an automated response asking for my bank details. i have received this email at least 8 times.
this is rediculous and such a scam. how hard is it to refund a product which never even left the warehouse😂
