Ordered Collagen capsules on their Biovea.ie (Ireland) website. Paid vat and postage. Waiting 2 weeks now and An Post (Ireland's version of Royal Mail in the UK) have sent me a vat customs bill for €6.53. Cannot get hold of anyone at Biovea.ie/.com their website 'help' runs you round in circles - always returning to the original place.
They want your custom but offer zero customer support. Not even an email address or telephone number on the website. Do Not Buy From Them.
