I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and it has not arrived. I have tried to contact them but there is no number on their website and so I used their email contact and have sent them 4 emails requesting an update. They happily took over £100 from us in products that have not arrived and will probably not be needed if they delay much longer. The customer service at Biovea is HORRIBLE, most impersonal and least compassionate. There is no human being at the end of their "customer services" line. I appreciate we are in trying times but no other company has made me follow up 4 times with not even an automated response or a quick email response. I am now requesting a refund but of course, they are not actioning that either. Some businesses will not survive this pandemic and it will be those who failed to put the customer first...
