I've used the company for over 4 years and they've always been a bit slow at delivering as items come from USA. However, this time, I ordered almost a month ago & had nothing. I've emailed them 3 times, but only reply was that the items were in transit. But the tracking had said that for 3 weeks. I've asked for a refund but had nothing. I dont need the items any more so I'm not going to order again & they've lost £300 per year custom from me.
