I ordered some products from Biovia costing around £60 on 19/09/20 assuming they would arrive after about a week but I’m still waiting. Has anybody ever been able to speak to a customer service rep? I wrote a review on Trustpilot and got an automated response from Biovia but nothing else happened after. I can only assume this site is a scam or they have gone busy but are still taking people’s money so be careful! Very annoying!
