I ordered a pair of glasses over a month ago but they never arrived. I emailed Bird once a couple of weeks ago and another time a couple of days ago, but they have not replied. This review may change if I do receive my glasses, but as of now I feel frustrated. It feels unfair to pay for the glasses and still not having them a month afterwards.
