I ordered a pair of glasses that were never delivered. Bird figured out for me that the shipping provider simply didn't know where the glasses were. Pros: - They kindly asked me to correct the incorrect address that I mistakenly sent them. - They're a B Corporation and I love that stuff. Their glasses are ethically made! - Their designs are beautiful. - Worldwide shipping! I can finally get something over to Guatemala without paying expensive PO Boxes! Cons: - Their communication could be better; a couple of emails got lost. - Their delivery protocols could also be better. I wasn't notified about my glasses for 2 months, until a couple of days ago when I sent another email and left a bad review here (That review was replaced by the one I am writing here). - They could offer the return windows that other B Corporations offer; Bird offers 30 days and others offer 60. - Their shipping provider couldn't ship their glasses to me :( It's really unfortunate that the glasses were lost in the shipping process, but I am glad that they offered and indeed gave me a refund.
