I bought a pair of Kaka honey prescription glasses in May 2022, off the back of the sustainability ethos promoted by the company. They broke after a year - one of the arms fell off. I contacted the company but, nearly 3 months down the line, they have still not been formally repaired, the temporary repair we completed at home has failed and I have consequently ordered a new pair from another supplier. I absolutely will not be back to order again, which is a real shame as the company's philosophy is excellent, but the product quality and customer service has been poor. I'd upload a photo if I could, but apparently that function isn't working for me either.
