Not only do Bird produce some of nicest sunglasses I have ever owned but they have great customer service and support. I bought a pair of Petrel sunglasses a couple of years ago. They are the wooden frames. Unfortunately I dropped on a gravel path whilst out hiking and they broke. I replaced them recently with an identical pair. Whilst ordering I discovered that they had a repair service. So I took advantage of the service. The repair was completely invisible and they are pretty much like a brand new pair. I’m over the moon and now have one pair that I keep in the car and the other for every day wear. I can’t fault Bird on their excellent service.
