Bird is absolutely the word! Their customer service is amazing and take so much pride in their product! I got my paddle around September and upon opening it found a small superficial dent in it, I sent them an email and they immediately responded with sending me a brand new one! They were not kidding when they said lifetime warranty! And their paddle holds up even playing outside mid winter (40 F) no issues! Great quality and great company!
