The assist was a joke we were kept in a small room on the way out for a long time i was with my partner but almost passed out we then went outside and my partner was put on the vehicle and i was told i could not go on but was then taken to the plane i was then waiting on the aircraft for at least 20 mins he was the last on the plane. The return journey was even worse not enough people for the people that needed assistance when we got to luggage collection i got my partners walker and was told he needed to use this and he no longer needed a wheelchair my partner can not walk far without being in pain i was told that the assist would make sure that we would be looked after the experience has left us thinking we will not be travelling by air again
