That Bit-alpha thing was a total scam, man. I put some money in there, tried to withdraw just to test 'em out, but they ghosted me and stopped responding. I thought my money was gone for good and almost gave up, but my buddy told me to hit up H ! G H F O R E S T C A P I T A L. Those guys came through and helped me get my funds back. I'd say steer clear of Bit-alpha, they're shady as hell and can't be trusted.
