Unbelievably bad customer care and FRUSTRATING experience.
None of the account managers has yet to call me back despite my messaging via web chat every day.
All the advisors say is " I will email the department and wait 24 hours". Nothing happens, no one calls back.
Over 5 emails were sent by the advisor to get the account manager to call. yet no one has call till I involved FOS TERBOO N . ORG before I can get all my lost money back. This would have been the end of me, if they didn't helped.
