They have frozen my money for no reason at all and when i tried to recover it with customer support they are taking too long to answer.
On top of that they froze my friends crypto account with $700,000 on it, we both have to involve the help of Fosterboon.org before we could unfreeze our account and withdraw all our money out.
Bitcoinup are thieves and unprofessionals.
Avoid them at all cost.
