please note this is not an AD I am just going to advise who is seeking help, i was also stuck a month ago and I didn't know how to get my money back. There were a number of people who claimed they could help and I didn't know who to go to. I eventually wrote to one called VAZERTRAIL, they were able to appeal and assist me in getting a refund which I did. If you want a refund or advice I THINK you can still contact them.
