I had been using the exchange for a couple of years. I decided to open a card with bitmaex and submitted a document to verify my place of residence.
The next morning, I received a message stating that they believe the documents on my account are not mine. This is absolutely absurd. I cannot withdraw my funds, and customer support simply tells me to "wait." Years of positive experience were wiped away in an instant. The staff are terrible and incompetent, FOS TERBOO N . ORG has gotten me my money with the help of my wife. I am deeply disappointed in bitmaex.
