"I've finally received my funds from (bitsane.us.com), 4 days after reactivating my account. However, I'm disappointed that the reactivation process wasn't clearly outlined in their terms of service. Despite being able to reclaim my tokens, I won't be leaving a positive review since they shouldn't have taken them in the first place."
