I have no access to my money . Contacted support for months , I was told the issue was being fixed. Now I am told to pay so they can transfer it to another wallet, i paid and that didn't work. Support still will not help. Now my BTC is unavailable and support will not even respond. Don't believe them , all thanks to BROADOAK-CAPITAL. C0M who took up my case and helped me recoup fast
